  • M99y operates the process Identity Verification (KYC) to ensure the safety of all members and to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share them with anyone.
  • Any activity that occurs on your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorized access to us.
  • Changes to your name, phone number, or banking details require additional KYC verification before they can be approved.

The KYC process at m99y typically requires a copy of your ID, proof of current address, and proof of payment method. Submitted documents are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

M99y supports a wide range of popular payment methods among Malaysia users, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other online payment options. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Regarding Deposits:

  • The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction.
  • Deposits are typically processed and credited to your account within a few minutes after successful payment.
  • M99y does not charge any additional fees for deposit transactions; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.
  • Deposited funds may only be used for gameplay on the m99y platform and may not be transferred directly to third-party accounts.

Regarding Withdrawals:

  • The minimum withdrawal is RM50 for each request.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and the time the request is submitted.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
  • M99y reserves the right to request additional document verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount, for security purposes.
  • If the bonus wagering requirement (rollover) has not been met, withdrawals will not be processed until the requirement is fulfilled.

All games available on the m99y platform — including Live Casino, Slot Games, Sports Betting, and table games — are subject to their own individual rules, accessible within each game's interface.

  • All game outcomes are determined by a fair system that has been independently audited. m99y does not alter game results under any circumstances.
  • In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, m99y reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to your account.
  • Confirmed and settled wagers cannot be cancelled by the user.
  • The use of automation software, bots, or any unfair methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
  • For Sports Betting, any wager placed on an event that has already ended or whose outcome was known in advance will be automatically voided.

In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the m99y system's result is final once reviewed by our technical team. Dispute reports may be submitted to the customer support team within 7 days of the incident date.
